Candidates?

We have a bank of candidates who register with us on a day to day basis. These candidates can be looking for work for a variety of different reasons. We appreciate that most candidates from the start of searching for employment will have usually secured a role within 4 - 6 weeks. We therefore advertise on a regular basis via internet, marketing, newspapers and other methods to ensure a continuous flow of candidate attraction.

We aim to ensure that each candidate is treated as an individual and we are consultative and realistic in our approach. All candidates who register for employment through Lightyear Commercial attend a full in depth interview with an experienced consultant to ensure that we are meeting the candidates requirements as well as the needs of the clients.
